Tim is the CEO of Bay Capital Mortgage Corporation, headquartered in Annapolis, MD. Established in 1994, Bay Capital is an
independent mortgage banking company licensed in MD, VA, DC, DE, PA, WV, NC, SC, GA, and FL.
Previously, Tim served as Senior Vice President / Area Manager of 1st Mariner Mortgage, a division of 1st Mariner Bank, and
President of First Republic Mortgage Corporation (acquired by 1st Mariner Bank in 2008). He brings three decades of experience
with nationally recognized lenders.
Tim holds the Master Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association of America—the industry’s
highest certification—recognizing superior knowledge and ethics in residential and commercial real estate finance.
A graduate of the University of Maryland (B.A., Economics, 1983), Tim lives in the Annapolis area with his wife, Lori, where they
raised three children.
