Stacy Spann
CEO, Archer Greenwood
Before launching Archer Greenwood, a full-service real estate advisory and development firm focused on full-spectrum
housing, Stacy L. Spann was Head of Housing Access and Affordability Philanthropy for the Wells Fargo Foundation,
managing roughly $120 million in philanthropic capital across the U.S.
With 25+ years in public and private sectors, his work centers on equity and pathways to economic opportunity. He
previously served as President & CEO of Mid-City Financial, managing an $800M portfolio and leading LIHTC
developments.
Earlier, as Executive Director of the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, he oversaw 2,000+ units
and a $750M pipeline, pioneering mixed-income strategies recognized by ULI’s Jack Kemp Award.
He serves on boards for the Asset Funders Network, D.C. Policy Center, and U.S. Africa Collaborative. He holds a B.A.
from Morehouse College and an M.P.A. from Columbia University.

Alicia Wilson is Vice President for Civic Engagement and Opportunity at Johns Hopkins University, leading partnerships,
economic growth, and civic initiatives connecting Hopkins with surrounding communities.
Previously Managing Director and Head of Regional Philanthropy (North America) at JPMorgan Chase, she directed local
strategies in 40+ markets as part of the firm’s $2B Racial Equity Commitment.
She has held leadership roles at Johns Hopkins University & Medicine and served as Senior VP of Impact Investments
and Senior Legal Counsel for the Port Covington Development Team, helping secure $660M in financing.
A former partner at Gordon Feinblatt, she serves on boards including Kennedy Krieger Institute, France-Merrick
Foundation, and CollegeBound Foundation. She is a graduate of UMBC and the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.

William H. “Bill” Cole IV
Partner, Margrave Strategies
Bill Cole helps private businesses design and implement community-focused growth strategies. He previously served as
President & CEO of the Baltimore Development Corporation, leading initiatives that added thousands of residential
units and supported high-growth neighborhoods.
He managed approvals for the 200-acre Port Covington redevelopment and led projects at the Baltimore Convention Center
and Pimlico Racecourse. He supported anchor-led development at UMB and Morgan State, created the first urban Opportunity
Zone coordinator role, and oversaw millions in grants and loans.
A former Baltimore City Councilmember and Maryland Delegate, he also served as Associate VP for Institutional
Advancement at the University of Baltimore. He chairs Cecil Bank and serves on boards including the Maryland Stadium
Authority and Innovation Works.

Amy Bonitz
Managing Director, MCB Real Estate
Managing Director of Community Development at MCB Real Estate, Amy leads mixed-use and community projects across
Baltimore and has closed $200M+ in complex urban deals.
Signature work includes Enolia, Centre Theater, Motor House, Open Works, and Bond Street Wharf. She holds a Master’s
in Regional Planning from UNC Chapel Hill and a B.A. from Macalester College. Honors include Maryland’s Top 100 Women
and BBJ’s Women Who Mean Business; she serves on the Central Baltimore Future Fund board.

David LaChina leads financial management, strategic planning, and organizational leadership at Morgan State University.
A CPA in Maryland and California, his career spans global finance, auditing, M&A, and operations.
His expertise includes strategic/financial planning, capital raising, HR, and facilities management. An alumnus of the
University of Florida MBA program, he’s known for analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and a focus on operational
excellence in higher education.
